Monika Mantilla Wins 2024 Maestro Entrepreneurship Award

Altura Capital is proud to share that Co-founder and CEO Monika Mantilla was honored with the Maestro Award for Entrepreneurship at Latino Leaders’ Maestro Awards gala in October 2024. The Maestro Awards celebrate lifetime achievement across leadership, community service, professional achievement, and entrepreneurship, recognizing individuals whose work advances opportunity and excellence across the Latino community.

Latino Leaders’ Maestro Awards are presented in major U.S. cities each year and honor a small cohort of distinguished leaders selected by the publication’s committee. In 2024, Mantilla was recognized as the Maestro of Entrepreneurship at the Miami edition of the program.

For two decades, Mantilla has advanced values-driven investing in the lower-middle market, expanding access to capital, supporting women- and minority-owned enterprises, and partnering with management teams aiming to build high-quality businesses and jobs. The Maestro Award underscores her longstanding commitment to entrepreneurship and inclusive growth.
