- Delivered turn-around of a $40M business in the Pain Management / ASC space (EBITDA -$2.5MM to +3.5MM).
- Built Nashville’s premier Dermatology Center, led operations, payer contracting, marketing, and finance.
- Extension of the CEO (Head of Strategy) for a $1B group in Anesthesiology, Radiology, Neonatology, and Emergency Medicine resulting in sale.
- Redesigned and expanded $100M Radiology business (Distributed imaging and reduced need for preliminary reads, moved to productivity based compensation structure, created operational business leaders).
