She developed an interest in the finance field after working for the City of Miami Beach’s Property Management Department for three years as a financial analyst. Known for her organizational skills, intuition, and ability to stay three steps ahead.
Francesca joined Altura Capital as an Executive Assistant in 2025.
Born in California and raised in Miami, Francesca finds balance outside of work through yoga, dancing, rollerblading, beach days, and quality time with her beloved animal crew—two dogs and two cats.
Francesca graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Psychology from Florida International University.
