Director of Operations & Chief Compliance OfficerGabriela Gomez began her career in banking at Citibank. She then advanced to become a department head at a wire transfer institution, where she managed all aspects of compliance. Following this, Gabriela worked at an RIA for eight years, where she established and led operations across Compliance, Human Resources, Operations, and Technology.
In 2024, Gabriela joined Altura as the Director of Operations and Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, she oversees operations, compliance, human resources, technology, and talent management.
Gabriela’s family is originally from the Dominican Republic and she was raised in Miami. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, cooking, engaging in outdoor activities, and working out.
Gabriela holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Florida International University.
