Her deep expertise in brand building was honed over two decades in innovation with industry giants such as Procter & Gamble, L’Oréal, Estée Lauder, Johnson & Johnson, LVMH, Avon, Colgate-Palmolive, and Herbalife. As Executive Vice President & General Manager of The Proactiv Company, a division of Nestlé Skin Health, Kimber led the global transformation of one of the most recognized skincare brands in the world. Earlier in her career, she spent 14 years at Guthy-Renker, building and scaling enduring direct-to-consumer beauty and wellness brands.
Beyond the corporate world, Kimber is deeply committed to empowering the next generation of leaders. She serves as Chair of the Masters in Global Business Program at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School, where she teaches and mentors students on global strategy, marketing innovation, and brand leadership.
She is also the former Chairman of C200, an invitation-only global organization of the world’s most successful women entrepreneurs and corporate executives, where she championed women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, and the advancement of profit-center leaders across industries.
