Paul Humphries was most recently the President of High-Reliability Solutions at Flex (NASDAQ: FLEX).

Board/Trustee Experience: Serves on the Board of the Silicon Valley Education Foundation, and Superior Industries International Inc.

Sourced two deals (Aerospace & Defense – LOI; Automotive Parts Manufacturer – IOI)

Screened over 10 deals with Altura and integrated with Altura’s deal team conducting commercial due diligence on three deals, of which one deal was post-LOI

Prior positions include: Executive Vice President of Human Resources. In that capacity, he led Flex’s global human resources organization, programs, and related functions, including global loss prevention, environmental compliance, and management systems. Mr. Humphries joined Flex with the acquisition of Chatham Technologies Inc. in April 2000. While at Chatham Technologies, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations for the mechanicals business. Prior to being appointed to that role, Mr. Humphries held several senior management positions at AlliedSignal, Honeywell and Borg-Warner Corporation

Mr. Humphries holds a bachelor’s degree (Hons) in applied social studies from Coventry University and postgraduate certification in human resource management from West Glamorgan Institute of Higher Education
