Steve Nunn
Operating PartnerSteve Nunn is a senior M&A integration leader with more than three decades of experience in project and program management and over 19 years leading Integration Management Offices (IMOs) for complex domestic and cross-border transactions. He has executed more than 35 acquisition integrations, with a focus on lower-middle market businesses in the healthcare, technology, and engineering sectors, as well as medical devices, manufacturing, and retail.
Steve founded Intista in 2013 to lead, certify and mentor Acquisition Integration Managers around the world. Previously, he spent a decade at Bentley Systems, Inc., where he managed global acquisition integrations, overseeing up to 22 workstreams per transaction across North America, Europe, and Asia. He has professional experience spanning more than 20 countries. Steve has founded two chapters of the Alliance of M&A Advisors (AM&AA) and served on one of its advisory boards.
Mr. Nunn holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Civil Engineering from the University of Liverpool. He is a Certified Acquisition Integration Manager (CAIM), has been a Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2007, and has kept himself current by attending executive business programs at Caltech and Kepner Tregoe.
